By registering or posting an advertisement, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility and Minimum Age
The use of MiloAds.com is permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority according to the respective national legislation of the user. By using the portal, the user expressly confirms compliance with this age requirement.
3. Special Provisions for Adult Advertisements
Advertisements in the fields of adult dating, erotic massages, escort services, and comparable offers in the adult entertainment sector are expressly permitted but must be published exclusively in the designated special categories. Posting such content in general categories constitutes a serious breach of these T&C and will lead to the immediate deletion of the advertisement and the permanent blocking of the user account.
4. Payment Terms and Fees
4.1 Free Advertisements: In most categories, advertisements can be posted free of charge.
4.2 Fee-based Categories: A publication fee is charged for certain categories (e.g., commercial offers or special categories in the adult sector).
4.3 Premium Options: Users can upgrade advertisements to "Premium Ads" or have them highlighted in color for a fee. These will be given priority placement in search results.
4.4 No Refunds: If advertisements are posted that violate these T&C (e.g., wrong category, prohibited content), they will be deleted without prior notice. In this case, no refund of fees already paid will be issued.
5. Statutory Age Verification (Adult Content)
5.1 In many jurisdictions, statutory age verification is mandatory for posting or accessing adult content (escorts, massages, adult entertainment).
5.2 At MiloAds.com, this verification is carried out via a Premium Membership. In this process, the user's majority is legally confirmed through the integrated payment provider (e.g., via credit card data or specialized ID procedures).
6. Usage Rights for Content
6.1 By publishing an advertisement (including text, descriptions, photos, and videos), the advertiser grants MiloAds.com the unlimited right in terms of time and space to use, reproduce, distribute, and utilize this content for the operation of the portal and self-promotion.
6.2 The advertiser guarantees that they only use photos and videos for which they hold the sole copyright and usage rights.
6.3 The advertiser fully indemnifies MiloAds.com against all third-party claims (in particular due to copyright, trademark, or personal rights violations), including the costs of a necessary legal defense.
7. Liability and Availability
7.1 MiloAds.com does not guarantee permanent availability of the platform. Liability for damages caused by temporary unavailability, server maintenance, or loss of data is excluded.
7.2 As a technical platform operator, MiloAds.com is not liable for the accuracy, quality, or legality of the content posted by users.
7.3 In the event of technical errors regarding paid advertisements, liability is limited to a maximum of the refund of the amount paid for the affected period.
8. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services
8.1 By booking a paid advertisement or a premium status, the user requests MiloAds.com to perform the service immediately.
8.2 The user agrees that their right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the service (i.e., the publication of the advertisement or activation of the premium status). Since the service is provided digitally immediately after receipt of payment, there is no right to a refund after activation has taken place.
9. Jurisdiction and Final Provisions
To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
