1. General Principles
At MiloAds.com, we aim to provide a neutral and professional platform for global trade. We expect all users to interact with honesty, integrity, and mutual respect. Any content or behavior that undermines the safety or dignity of our community members will not be tolerated.
2. Prohibited Content & Behavior
In addition to the rules set out in our Posting Guidance, the following are strictly prohibited on MiloAds.com:
Hate Speech & Discrimination: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
Harassment & Bullying: Targeted abuse, threats, stalking, or any behavior intended to intimidate or silence other users.
Malicious Content: Posting links to malware, phishing sites, or any content designed to damage or gain unauthorized access to data.
Political Extremism: Promotion of extremist ideologies, terrorist organizations, or content that incites civil unrest.
Nudity & Graphic Content (Outside Designated Areas): While adult services are permitted in specific categories, graphic or non-consensual sexual content, or excessive violence, is prohibited in all general areas of the site.
3. Content Moderation Process
To ensure compliance with these standards and the Digital Services Act (DSA), MiloAds.com employs a multi-layered moderation strategy:
Automated Filtering: We use software tools to detect and block common spam patterns, prohibited keywords, and known malicious links during the posting process.
Manual Review: Our moderation team performs periodic manual reviews of reported ads and high-risk categories to ensure quality and safety.
User Reporting: We rely on our community to help us. Every listing includes a "Report Ad" button. We review all user reports as quickly as possible.
4. Enforcement and Sanctions
If a user or advertisement is found to be in violation of these standards, MiloAds.com may take the following actions:
Content Removal: Deletion of the violating advertisement without prior notice.
Temporary Suspension: A "time-out" period where the user cannot post new ads.
Permanent Ban: Immediate termination of the user account for severe or repeat violations.
No Refunds: As stated in our T&C, fees paid for deleted ads or banned accounts are non-refundable.
5. Right to Appeal
If your content has been removed or your account restricted, and you believe this was an error, you have the right to appeal. Please contact support@MiloAds.com with your account details and a brief explanation. We will review your case according to our internal protocols.
